The front desk staff seems to be confused and had issues with billing, causing inconvenience to some guests.

Decent rooms and clean environment. Hot water was available 24/7 and Wi-Fi connection was good. The complimentary breakfast was served on time. The hotel is located in a very convenient area with a few good restaurants around.
The location of the hotel was not suitable for New Year's Eve celebrations. The hotel did not have organized events for the occasion, and there was no sense of festivity.
